I was sitting here this afternoon sipping my coffee with pumpkin spice creamer in it (yes, I know, it’s at Target already) and doing a little daydreaming about fall when I realized that I have a bunch of photos from last fall that I never shared with the world. Since it’s Thursday, we can consider this another throwback Thursday of sorts. We’re throwing it back to the end of October and very beginning of November when I took a trip back east and got to explore Virginia (namely Richmond and Williamsburg) and North Carolina. I ate lots of food, had awesome company (hi, Andrew!), and took many photos that I’ve been very bad about posting. If you like blog posts with a zillion photos in them, you’re in luck! Crank up some music (I recommend starting with the two new songs by The Head and the Heart, “Library Magic” and “All We Ever Knew”), kick back, and pretend it’s fall with me, will you?
Hi Sara,
These are absolutely gorgeous photographs. I love the fall feeling and colors, the church and the lighthouse. Our leaves are beginning to give a nod to autumn, so it was perfect timing for me to see your post. You are very talented with both your photography and graphics!
Thank you so much, Aunt Linda! We don’t get a lot of autumn colors here, so it was fun to go somewhere where there were a lot of fall colors. Still, I’m noticing hints of autumn here and there, too. Exciting that your leaves there are beginning to show hints of autumn, too!
