I know Barry Bonds is a controversial guy, but as a Giants fan who grew up watching him play baseball, I am super excited by the news that he’s coming to spring training as a special instructor. There was a stretch of time when the Giants, well, weren’t so great, but having the chance to see this guy hit home runs (or just hit, period) made watching Giants games exciting. For me, at least. I’m happy to see him back.
